The Social Contract, Conscription for the Masses
After careful reflection on the task at hand, that task being defining the “Social Contract” in regards to “Slum and Blight” within the boundaries of the West End in the City of Sierra Vista Arizona. Contracts are meant to hold each person who participates in Public ventures accountable to each other. The trust barrier could not be established by a handshake, so the Subjects scribed the details to ensure no one is at an advantage over the other. However, when one side is able to change the contract at will without regard for prior agreements and not be required to off set the damages incurred to other participants there is no use adhering to any future contracts set forth as they will be as worthless as the prior agreements. It is from this point that I can see the blood, sweat, and tear stains of the signers before it. I refuse to participate with Tyrants in more ways than I am required for my meager existence.
