Pursuits if Life, Liberty, and Happiness

 

In the pursuit of my version of Life, Liberty and Happiness here in the wonderful spring time weather of Phoenix, Arizona. Using my property acquired through hard work and a friend who, always gave more than he took, and looks down with bright sparkling eyes and a bright cheering grin. A lesson of Value, man-cationing on the cheap, at nearly three weeks for the price of one, plus a reunion of salt of the earth folks that are here for various reasons but the end state is a great week of NASCAR at the track.

 

The conversations have varied from the obvious racing to Liberty, podcasts, illegal, legal, CIA spying on US citizens, solar panels, energy, stock markets, new trailers, taxes, conflict, military service, and more times than not ending with Power and Control. Hearing from different folks from different points of view on the similar subjects and asking upon which principle they make their decision on and getting them to think is pretty powerful. Getting someone who is conditioned to react in a certain way to apply thought and logic to their actions ranges from comical when intoxicated, to entertaining and provoking when the right individual is properly and thoroughly engaged in the full process of understanding what Liberty means to me, them and to others. Hopefully spreading and sowing some of the seeds of Liberty amongst the older folks here, the smart money is on these facts that they actually vote both with their wallets and in the election cycles.

 

Listening to some older podcasts that I have missed and some new one’s that come through via my twitter feed, technology is genius, my blogs twitter feed is what alerted me to the CIA’s software that is implanted in the various technological systems that we use in the former privacy of our homes.

 

These rights have been that of mankind for centuries. It is an inalienable right that comes from the Creator, not any government. When a government values life at nothing as it exterminates the unborn and criminals for the “Common Good”, can it then surprise you when it doesn’t respect or adhere to common decency of the privacy of the individual in their domiciles.

 

If it wasn’t for understanding that establishing a pattern of life of one’s enemy makes it possible to “Know your enemy as you know yourself”.

 

It comes down to Value, with a capital V. We all have it, no one goes to work to do a bad job, if there is a problem then it is most likely with the process. If it does come down to the person and their actions then lets take a look at the actions and draw conclusions with the individual so that we can take corrective action to prevent further mistakes or miscalculations. The most valuable piece of equipment ever created is man, for if it was not for man, then none of this other stuff, than man created to make work easier and more efficient would be around to begin with.

Here is the concern and the rub. In our governmental system designed to allow the people to rule over themselves, with elected representation, the government, nor those elected to represent the governed Value the opinions or thoughts of We The People.

 

The city of Sierra Vista’s Council does not represent the majority of the views of the electorate on the bike rack resolution. A resounding 80% of respondents replied in a negative fashion to the question. City Council votes in a 4-3 vote to approve. Lets do the math 80% no solicited public comment during the comment period, 56% of the Council voted for the resolution. There is a general disconnect there.

 

State House in Phoenix. A bill was introduced to make folks who protest eligible to have their property confiscated similarly to RICO cases. That is right if a person used their first amendment right to voice an opinion contrary to that of the rulers they were put into a class of criminals that would allow for their wealth and property to be confiscated by the State prior to committing any crime other than peaceably assembling, speaking and expressing their general disdain for the over reach of government in general.

 

House of Respresentatives in DC. The conservative party in DC called the Republicans are traitors to We The People just as the Democrats are. The Affordable Care Act, aka Obamacare places the government with you from the time of birth through death. You are now paying or they are borrowing from your future because now they can influence and therefore control your health. Opiate epidemic? Obamacare? Easy flow of prescription meds? Yeah these links go together just like peanut butter and jelly, JFK and the Cuban missle Crisis, George Washington and Valley Forge, and each and every one of us individuals come tax time. We paid for our health before, now we pay for our health together. The Republicans were elected to abolish ACA/Obamacare, not replace it, they too have lost their vision of each individuals value. They too are next to be cast out into the cold, they too are lost in their ways and visions, they too do not represent We The People. Absolute Power corrupts absolutely.

 

The last time all of the Legislative and Executive power was placed in greasy sweaty palms of this party is started out nice and redirectional. One must remember that George Bush was considered a President that stole the election in Florida because his Brother was the Governor. For the first 8 months of his term the economy was the topic, until September rolled around and the great attack created the new Crusades. History repeats itself, its as if there is a magic play book. Just look at the attacks in Great Britain, based upon prior trends there is usually an attack in France within a week, give or take a day or two. It is used to create fear so that governments can take and sieze more of your Property, Liberty, and adversely effect your life for the general safety of all. For if all are not safe none are safe, and therefore the government must grow.

 

 

 

Governments grow to display a measure of performance. Look how much enforcing we do of this issue that is a plague to our society. It destroys Lives, Liberties, and Property.

 

Fact, the destruction of property and Lives is done by the government with its enforcing techniques. Just like my street will eventually be the new Fry Town enforcement area, a measure of performance needs to be seen and visible to the Public, its easy to do with sirens and lights.

 

Governments will shrink when using a measure of effectiveness. I read a post on Facebook one time about a fella who went on a ride along with a SVPD officer. The topic was “Gangs” and the effectiveness the SVPD has had to mitigate the “Gang Problem” in Sierra Vista. Hint, its mitigated because there is no money in town, no money, no illicit (untaxed) profit to be made, no RICO funds to grow (to pay for the body cameras of course), but we probably still pay or state that we do pay a significant portion of our tax $$ to Gang abaitment projects.

 

Tyranny and Liberty are mutually exclusive.

 

In our government at every level lies Tyranny. It is making a mockery of the Pledge of Allegiance, which is recited prior to each City Council meeting, I imagine each start of each Public meeting is initiated that way. It turns my stomach and upsets me so. I must now decide whether to be the puppet or the puppeteer, this decision pains me, and it weighs heavily upon my soul.

 

This is the day that my Father passed and went to see and touch the face of God and play amongst the Angels. He warned me about the political and ruling class. He was right and I was just too stubborn to listen. I see it now Dad, of course I am right around the age you were when you passed. I love you and miss you Dad.
